Last week I had a very busy Thursday. A lot of new clients on my agenda en a few videos to create for my upcoming course ‘Mindfulness as a tool for burnout recovery’.

I was very excited the night before and this already rings the alarm bell for me.

If I am too excited in the evening I know it’s harder for my mind to calm down so my body can relax and fall asleep. (Same story yesterday night btw).

So my night was quite short. You will laugh: 7 hours.

But I REALLY need 8 at least. And that one hour makes a huge difference in energy level. Does anyone experience the same? 

Now, I had an interesting but intense day ahead… and I feel quite tired. 

WHAT TO DO?

I have this magic energy trick to the rescue! It is truly lifesaving, I promise you!

IT GOES LIKE THIS:

Sit or stand up and close your eyes. Breath in and out for about 8 times. Take your time.

Then imagine a column of bright white golden light running through your body from your toes to your head. 

Visualize it for 2 minutes. Breath the light in and visualize it traveling up to above your head. Realize this light is your fuel, your energy. 

Because it is! 

Energy is invisible to the eye. But it is really there.

If our eyes and spiritual capacities would be more defined, you would literally see your energy in different colors in and around our body. 

The moment you visualize your energy, you influence it! Isn’t that ABSOLUTELY AMAZING?

You would see the golden light fill up your body and ADD POSITIVE ENERGY to your body cells. Golden white light is so high in quality, it always contributes to health and healing.

Exactly what you need when you feel tired or down.

Every time I do this, for example when I am driving to my practice or between clients, it always picks me up!
